Great experience with Window Consultants of Indiana! They replaced one broken window and repaired two others. The pricing was very reasonable, and the entire installation was seamless. Window Consultants of Indiana did an outstasnding job of replacing a very large picture window in our home. They came out quickly and provided a very good estimate (best of the three quotes I received). Their staff came out to do a final measure soon after I accepted the bid. They had a very efficient team that brought the glass out and installed it in about 2 hours. Everyone I dealt with was professional - customer service and cleanliness were clearly a priority. I will definately use them again!

WCI repaired approx 21 windows - glass and spring balance replacement - in my home. Service was very fast - right from inspection for quote and then installation. The technicians were very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. I have been referring them to all my neighbors. I will definitely use this company again whenever my windows need care again!

We had an issue for several months with one of our rollout windows not draining properly, which caused water to gush from the bottom during heavy rain. I called Window Consultants of Indiana and Seth was able to come out the very same day.
He quickly identified the problem, made a quick fix (at no charge) and we haven’t had any issues with leaking since.
I truly appreciate their commitment to repairing and preserving existing windows whenever possible rather than immediately pushing customers toward costly replacements. Excellent customer service and an honest approach—I highly recommend Window Consultants of Indiana.

I was facing replacing some of my windows or repairing them. WIC was a referral from a neighbor so I called to get an estimate to repair rather than replace. I was provided an estimate and an explanation of what to expect. Nothing went wrong, from the quote to scheduling to completion date all of which totally exceeded my expectations. I actually believe my windows are new !!!
It is rare today to experience that level service. I truly appreciated the time and care you your staff gave me, and it made a stressful situation a non event.
I still talk about how professional what I would call the best window techs I could have asked for.

We had 15 pieces of glass replaced due to seal failure. WCI did a great job from getting us the quote l, ordering material, scheduling the job and of course the installation. Thank you to the whole team for all their hard work our windows are like new again.

We had an issue with a couple of windows in our 25 year old home. Wasn't sure whether we needed new windows or just replace the panes. WCI came to our rescue! They replaced a transom and double hung windowpane. Everything was done in a very professional manner. Staff was punctual in both instances. Would highly recommend their services! Denny P

Great company and experience. I had other window companies come out and couldn’t get to the bottom of the problem. They tested and found where my leak was coming from where as other companies wanted thousands of dollars. They also replaced a window and it was affordable and they were easy to do business with. I’ll go to them for any window needs.
